Our gear-link policy, in plain English

How we will handle product links, affiliate commissions, updates, and the rare but important moment when a recommendation needs to disappear.

This site may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through Amazon links once our Associates account and product registry are live. That commission will not cost readers extra.

What a commission does not buy

It does not buy a positive review, a clinical claim, a place in a guide, or silence when a product is discontinued, unavailable, or clearly not doing the job.

We will label commercial links, use rel="sponsored" on them, and keep a current disclosure page linked from every page. No stealth links. No fake urgency. No pretending a shopping cart is a care plan.

What we will recommend

Only products that make sense in a practical context, with enough detail for a reader to understand why a link is present. Device-specific items require more caution: no product listing can replace a clinical recommendation for your individual body or setup.

If a link is stale, broken, or no longer defensible, we remove it. If you spot one, please tell us.
